Magic-Maker

Writing and healing are both magical arts.

The act of creation is divine, and I take no credit for it personally. I am convinced that if I sit still and type fast enough, some life is channeled through my fingers onto the page. My job comes in revision, when I try to translate that pure gold into readable lead.

When I heal, I do similar work. I translate the wisdom of a person's clearest soul into a vision they can live with. Why limp when you could dance? Why see misery when you could see beauty? I am certain that each person is perfect at any given moment, and my hands, my heart, and my words support the discovery of that bliss.
